Users have the right to request deletion of their user account and personal data stored in the user applications. Requests can be submitted through the form below. You will receive a verification code by email to confirm the request.
CTS commits to deleting the user account and associated personal data within thirty (30) days from receiving a valid request from the user.
There are situations where CTS may be legally obligated to retain certain data (e.g., taxes, accounting). In such cases, the user will be notified of limitations that prevent complete deletion of certain data.
After deletion of the user account, data will not be available in the user application. Users should be aware that deleted data cannot be recovered, and it will be necessary to create a new user account if they wish to use the user application services again.
